Exoflow, an innovation consulting firm, is expanding its expertise by acquiring acme consultants, a company specializing in marketing research. This acquisition is complementary to exoflow's activity, which supports companies in their marketing innovations.
The acquisition of Acmé consultants, a Paris-based qualitative research company founded in 1976, is designed to create synergies between the two companies. The combination of acmé consultants and exoflow will enable their customers to benefit from comprehensive support in the development of innovation projects. From field studies to solution design and user feedback analysis, their customers will benefit from comprehensive expertise at every stage. Ultimately, this acquisition will also open up new growth prospects for both organizations in the consulting market.
Qualitative research is a way of shedding light on an issue or exploring a subject in greater depth, based on the opinions and behaviors of a small number of individuals. Using qualitative studies, Acmé consultants analyze the sensitive dimension of facts (needs, attitudes, motivations, obstacles, etc.), enabling them to design detailed reports on user behavior. In this way, Acmé consultants study the deep psychological motivations of consumers in relation to a subject.
Exoflow works on the conception of innovation projects using the Design Thinking method. This method essentially relies on user feedback to design new solutions. Exoflow saw an opportunity in this acquisition to offer its customers more in-depth expertise in field feedback. Romain Lyonnet and Victor Bouin, directors and founders of exoflow, have taken over the management of Acmé consultants.
Exoflow is an innovation consultancy with a team of designers. Based on field studies, they design innovative projects. These take shape thanks to their expertise in prototyping and 3D modeling.
