Assist project leaders in the creation of a new concept

Following the creation of the innovation unit within Groupama Rhônes-Alpes Auvergne, exoflow was asked to support project leaders in the creation of a new concept.

Creation, with a pair of intrapreneurs, of a concept to promote soft mobility thanks to a padlock and an app enabling the creation of fleets of shared vehicles.

Fredo is one of the projects that benefited from our support from problem definition to industrialization. After validating the concept of the offering, raising internal funds and developing the solution, our consultants assisted the 2 project owners with the various possible exit scenarios.

Once the spin-off option had been chosen, we were called in to put them in touch with the appropriate experts (legal, commercial, etc.) to carry out this exit.
